This paper makes an analysis of college personnel administrators' psychological pressure concerning the traits of college personnel administration. It holds that college personnel administrators should learn to co-exist with pressure. They should reinforce study to raise their working abilities and apply proper methods to release and adjust work pressure to enjoy themselves in working based on a clear recognition and a correct assessment of themselves.%文章结合高校人事管理工作的特点,分析了高校人事管理工作者主要面对的心理压力,认为高校人事管理工作者应学会与压力共存,正确认识和评价自己,加强学习,提高工作能力,适当运用一些方法来缓解和调适工作压力,享受工作乐趣。
