基于协同视角的中小企业转型升级的对策研究

摘要

The small and medium-sized enterprise financing comes mainly from bank loans and private capital.This paper presents the transformation and upgrading of SMEs from the perspective of multi-sector collaboration,and SMEs must implement the strategy of″Going-out″.Research shows that:Only by collabo-rative innovation of the government,industry,universities,research institutions,enterprises,small and medi-um-sized enterprises can achieve sustainable development.%中小企业融资主要来源于银行贷款和民间资本。文章提出从多部门协同视角助推中小企业转型升级，中小企业必须实施“走出去”战略。研究表明：只有政府、高等院校、研究机构及企业协同创新，中小企业才能实现可持续发展。
