新建本科高校校内机构设置改革若干问题思考

摘要

新建本科高校要落实办学定位、加强内涵建设、提高人才培养质量就必须与校内管理体制机制改革同步。新建本科高校校内机构的设置要遵循现代组织管理理论所提出的基本要求，以应对环境变化对高等教育的要求；要考虑新建本科高校的特殊使命、主要任务及现实需要灵活构建校内机构框架，以应对社会的需求和学校生存环境的变化；还要关注社会主义市场经济对学校发展的影响，改善学校的生态内环境，提高综合竞争力。%Newly-established colleges have to synchronize its orientation,connotation development and education quality enhancement with its reform on administrative management mechanism.To reform the or-ganizational setting,newly-established colleges should follow the basic requirements of the modern organiza-tion and management theory,cope with the environmental change in higher education.It also should consider its new special mission,the main task and the real need.Therefore,it should be concerned about the impact on the schools by the socialist market economy development,improve the ecological environment within the school,and raise the comprehensive competitiveness.
