新建本科院校考试管理制度的反思

摘要

新建本科院校考试管理制度存在的主要问题包括对考试管理工作有着认知偏差、考试管理制度不完善且执行力不强、教师和教学管理人员素质有待提升、考试过程中违纪现象屡禁不止等。由此，新建本科院校在考试管理制度建设上应进一步优化管理制度及运行机制，加强其过程管理。要科学规范考试管理制度和运行机制，要树立质量意识、加强考试管理制度的薄弱环节建设，还要严格纪律管理、保障考试管理制度的执行。%Newly-built universities have many problems in the regulation of examination's management. They are cognitive biases on the examination's management, imperfect management regulation and weak execution, teachers and teaching managers' low quality,examinees' cheat, etc. Thus, newly-built universities should further optimize regulation and its operational mechanism, strengthen and standardize the process management on the construction of the regulation of examination's management,establish the quality awareness, strengthen the construction of the weak links and discipline management,guarantee the implementation of the regulation of examination's management.
