新农村建设背景下现代远程教育应用现状与对策研究——以贵州省大方县黄泥塘镇远程教育中心为个案

The new rural construction and development make new demands on the development of rural human re⁃sources and learning resources. Regarding Guizhou Dafang Count Huangnitang Town Central Primary School Dis⁃tance Education Center as a base, the author of this paper explores the status of modern distance education against the background of new rural construction and the existing problems by means of in-depth research and interviews, and from the perspective of the center’s software, hardware, professional and technical training and entrepreneurial guidance applications%　　新型农村的建设和发展，对农村人力资源和学习资源都提出了新的发展要求。以贵州省大方县黄泥塘镇中心小学的远程教育中心作为基点，通过深入调查研究和走访了解，从该中心的软件、硬件、专业技术培训和创业指导应用等方面入手，探讨了新农村建设背景下远程教育的现状和存在问题，提出了切实可行的举措。
