劳动力市场整合与福建省经济转型升级研究

摘要

劳动力市场整合与福建省经济转型升级紧密相关。劳动力市场被整合为创新型人才、专业型人才和普通人才，经济转型升级从生态结构、消费结构、产业结构、要素结构和企业结构五方面来进行研究。通过分析劳动力市场整合与经济转型升级间的耦合机制，并从个人、企业和政府三个方面构建劳动力市场与福建省经济转型升级的路径。%The Labour market is related closely with FuJian Province economic transformation and upgrading.Labour markets are inte-grated for innovative talents, professional talent and ordinary people.Economic transformation and upgrading is studied from five as-pects such as ecological structure, consumption structure, industrial structure, element structure and enterprise structure.The paper analyzes the coupling mechanism between labor market integration and economic transformation and upgrading, what’ s more, builds the path of labor market integration and economic transformation and upgrading from three aspects such as individuals, businesses and government.
