物流企业用工荒与物流人才就业难矛盾探析

摘要

随着实体经济的复苏，一方面由于物流业成为国家十大产业调整和振兴规划行业之一，使得企业急需各类物流人才，却出现“用工荒”的局面；另一方面，因为高校扩招，十多年来物流人才培养规模增大，使得大批物流专业毕业生就业前景并不乐观，又出现“就业难”的困境。通过对物流人才供方主体和需方主体的现状的分析，提出物流人才供需错位问题的解决之路。%With the recovery of real economy, on the one hand, ＂labor shortage~＇ emerges due to the logistics industry＇ s prosperity and the enterprises＇ needing all kinds of talents ; on the other hand, ＂difficult employment＂ arises because tics talents trainings. After an analysis of the expansion of college enrollment and scale increase of logis- of the current situation of the supplier＇ s subjectivity and the de- manding party＇ s subjectivity of logistics talents, the author proposes the solution to the contradiction be- tween the demand and suDvlv of logistics talents.
