综述了葫芦科蔬菜在游离小孢子培养过程中基因型、供试植株的生长状况、小孢子发育时期、培养基以及游离小孢子的培养技术对小孢子胚胎发生的影响,并针对葫芦科蔬菜游离小孢子培养中存在的一些问题提出了今后的研究方向。% This paper reviewed the factors affecting the microspore embryogenesis of cucurbitaceous vegetables, such as genotype, growth condition of the test plants, development stage of microspore, medium and culture technology of isolated microspore, and discussed the future research direction according to the existing problems in the isolated microspore culture of cucurbitaceous vegetables.
