低温处理对萝卜开花习性影响规律研究

         

摘要

Taking radish cultivars Huangzhou, Duanye No.13, Nanpanzhou and parents of F1 hybrid Changbaire as materials, we put their germinated seeds in low temperature conditions for 10, 20 and 25 days respectively, in order to obtain information on the vernalization time and flowering situation of radish, which could provided important references for sowing regulation on radish hybrid seed production. The results showed that, Duanye No.13 was sensitive to the low temperature, and it bloomed firstly in each treatment group, while the male parent of Changbaire took the second place. In addition, the plant height of the female parent of Changbaire was significantly lower than those of the other treatment groups placed in the low temperature for 25 days, which indicated that the earlier the reproductive growth, the shorter the vegetative growth of radish became.%为掌握耐热萝卜亲本种子春化时间和开花情况,为杂交制种父母本播期调控提供科学依据,以黄州、短叶13号、南畔洲及杂交一代商品种长白热萝卜亲本为试验材料,通过将上述萌动萝卜种子置于低温环境中生长,模拟自然界春化过程,低温处理时间分别为10、20、25 d。结果发现,短叶13号对低温极为敏感,在同类型处理时间中均是最早开花,其次是长白热类型(裔)。另外,以长白热母本萝卜为例,25 d低温处理时间的始花萝卜株高要明显低于其他处理组,表明萝卜生殖生长期的提前势必缩短营养生长过程。
