PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hanging-down of flowering plants in an aligning process, and to excellently align the flowering plants.;SOLUTION: This flowering plant aligning device 7 has a carrying means 13 for carrying the flowering plants, a butting member 15 arranged on the downstream side of the carrying means 13 in the carrying direction A of the flowering plants by the carrying means 13, and aligning the flowering plants by abutting to end parts of the flowering plants, and a guide means 14 arranged between the carrying means 13 and the butting member 15, and having rollers 24 for guiding the flowering plants carried in the carrying direction A toward the butting member 15. This flowering plant processing device has a flowering plant aligning method using this flowering plant aligning device and the flowering plant aligning device.
