基于酸溶法传像束的制备与性能研究

         

摘要

Proceeding from the basic theory of fiber optics, Light transmission, and image transmission Mechanism.in the image bundles are discussed, and three-Layer coaxial structure of the monofilament is determined.Monofilament drawing experiment is conducted by a rod tube method, and a compurative analysis for row wire technology is made, Finally, by means of acid-soluble method, the external acid-soluble glass Layer was stripped.A image transmission fiber bundle with and ed diameler of Φ 1.2mm, a resolution of 57.51p/mm and a number aperture of NA>0.545 was obtained.Experimental results show that the method realizes the structure innovation of the image fiber, and this research has and importance guiding sighificance on the preparation and application of high resolution image transmission fiber.%针对目前国内生产的传像光纤束分辨率低的现状,本文从纤维光学的基本理论出发,探讨了光射线在传像光纤束中的传光、传像机理,依据光线在多层玻璃介质传输的全内反射条件,确定了单丝纤维的三层同轴结构.采用棒管法进行了拉制单丝实验,同时对排丝工艺做了对比分析.最后通过酸溶手段,使外部的酸溶玻璃层剥离.实验最终得到了端面直径为φ1.2mm,分辨率为57.5 lp/mm、数值孔径NA≥0.545的离散柔软的传像光纤束.实验结果表明,该材料的制备过程突破了传统生产工艺,实现了传像光纤的结构创新,此项研究对高分辨率传像光纤束的制备和应用具有重要的指导意义.
