基于聚类分析方法的针灸治疗带状疱疹后神经痛选穴规律研究

摘要

Objective To apply acupoints selection rule of acupuncture and moxibustion for postherpetic neuralgia based on cluster analysis. Methods Based on 'postherpetic neuralgia' 'acupuncture'. etc, as keywords, searching on China CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database for documents which were presented during January 2005 to December 2015, and the effective literatures of postherpetic neuralgia treated with acupuncture and moxibustion were selected. As a result, related 138 articles were collected and 48 acupoints were applied. The hierarchical cluster analysis was used to analyzing the internal relations among the acupoints of the top 20. Results The main acupoints were Huatuo Jiuji (EX-B2) and Ashi points.The Liver Meridian, Gallbladder Meridian and Spleen Meridian were the high frequency meridian among the fourteen meridian. Specific points were mostly often-used especially five transport points.%目的 运用聚类分析方法研究针灸治疗带状疱疹后神经痛选穴内在规律.方法 以"带状疱疹后神经痛""针灸"等为主题词,通过中国知网,万方数据库,维普数据库进行文献检索.检索时间为2005年1月-2015年12月,筛选符合纳入标准的针灸治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的有效文献共138篇,共使用48个穴位.采用系统聚类统计分析方法分析使用频次排名前20位腧穴之间可能蕴含的内在关系及规律.结果 带状疱疹后神经痛的针灸治疗以阿是穴、夹脊穴等为主穴,十四经中以肝经、胆经及脾经为主,注重使用特定穴,尤重用五输穴之合穴.
