地方院校卓越法律人才培养模式的分析与建议--基于辽宁省法律人才培养路径选择专项社会调研

     

摘要

The employment pressure of law school graduates and professional qualifications of legal profession have brought the rock-ribbed challenge to the outstanding legal talent training in local universities and colleges. Based on the special survey and analysis of the path of legal talent training in Liaoning,there are issues with local universities and colleges’ legal education:target location is not adapted to professional needs,talents cultivation ignores the use of differentiated and advantageous resources,lessons are unreasonable designed and class teaching is lack of appli-cation ability training. Local universities and colleges should redefine the target location of outstanding legal talent training and learn from practical experiences to create the differentiated core courses system in the positioning of ap-plication ability training,reform the teaching model and class organization into Landell teaching method,upgrade the practical courses by promoting cooperation between the school and substantive departments and establish the forum of resources sharing and follow-up teaching based on the network.%分析法学专业的就业形势和法律职业的素质要求对地方院校卓越法律人才培养工作提出了巨大的挑战。指出在对辽宁省地方院校法律人才培养路径选择进行专项社会调研的过程中发现地方院校卓越人才培养模式存在目标定位与职业需要不适应、不能结合自身优势资源进行差异化培养、课程设计不合理且缺乏应用能力训练以及课堂组织和教学对于学生复合能力培养缺位等问题。地方院校应在厘定卓越法律人才培养目标的基础上,结合相关实践经验,进行以创建网络化高校资源共享与教学跟踪延伸平台为依托的应用型人才定位下的差异化核心课程体系设计、兰戴尔教学法指导下的教学模式与课程组织方式转变和创立高校与实务部门合作培养下的实践教学改革。
