单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定椎间融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘要

Objective To explore the application and efficiency of unilateral vertebral plate decompression,interbody fusion and pedicle screw fixation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 50 cases disc herniation patients were adopted unilateral transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and unilateral internal fixation. Results None of the patients got incision infection. The mean follow-up period were 18 months ranging from 12 months to 24 months. The satisfactory resuits were obtained at mean 92％ according to the criteria of JOA. Conclusion Unilateral neural decompression,interbody fusion and unilateral pedicle screw fixation is feasible spinal surgical technique and achieve satisfactory clinical results in treating lumbar disc herniation.%目的 探讨单侧神经减压椎间融合椎弓根螺钉固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用价值和实际疗效.方法 对50例腰椎间盘突出患者行腰椎后路经单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定联合单枚Cage的融合手术.结果 所有患者切口均一期愈合.随访时间12-24个月,平均18个月,疗效评定按日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分评定,本组优良率为92%.结论 单侧神经减压椎间融合和单侧椎弓根螺钉同定是可行的脊柱外科技术,治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意.
