Disclosed is pedicle screw and an anterior thoracic/lumbar vertebral internal fixation system. The pedicle screw comprises a head (1) having an internal thread and a screw rod (6) having an external thread. The pedicle screw also comprises a gasket (5). A circumferential groove (8) is arranged at the end of the screw rod (6) connected to the head (1). The gasket (5) is clamped in the circumferential groove (8). The gasket (5) can rotate relative to the screw rod (6) around the longitudinal axis of the screw rod (6), and the upper surface of the gasket (5) abutting against the bottom surface of the head (1). The gasket (5) is pressed into a vertebral body while screwing the pedicle screw, which reduces the difficulty of surgical operation and the injury to a patient, saves the operation time and increases the degree of firmness of bonding of an implant and the vertebral body. The anterior thoracic/lumbar vertebral internal fixation system comprises a screw plug (2), a connecting rod (3) and the pedicle screw.
