目的 从血清学指标的角度,对比MIS-TLIF与开放式TLIF手术对机体的创伤程度.方法 自2014-05-2015-03,共纳入80例腰椎退行性疾病患者,均行单节段TLIF手术治疗.其中行微创TLIF手术47例(微创组),开放TLIF手术33例(开放组).两组患者手术前后,分别检测其IL-6、IL-10、CRP、CK等生化指标.结果 与开放组相比,微创组的术中出血量更少、术后住院时间更短(P<0.05),术后1-3 d的VAS评分也更低(P<0.05);两组患者术后,IL-6、IL-10、CRP、CK等生化指标均显著升高(P<0.05),但微创组术后2-24 h的上述指标水平均显著低于开放组(P<0.05).结论 本研究从血清学指标的角度,证实了MIS-TLIF手术对机体创伤小的优势,术后的炎性反应更轻,有利于早日康复.%Objective From the perspective of serological indicators, to compare the degree of trauma of MIS-TLIF and open TLIF surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar degenerative disease were treated with single segment TLIF surgery from May 2014 to March 2015. Among them,47 patients underwent minimally invasive TLIF surgery (minimally invasive group), open TLIF surgery in 33 cases (open group).Before and after surgery,the IL-6,IL-10,CRP,CK and other biochemical indicators were detected in the two groups. Results Compared with the open group, the minimally invasive group had less intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospitalization time (P<0.05), postoperative 1-3 d VAS scores were lower (P<0.05). The IL-6, IL-10, CRP, CK and other biochemical indicators of two groups were significantly increased after surgery(P<0.05),but those of the minimally invasive group 2-24 h after operation were significantly lower than open group (P<0.05). Conclusion In this study, from the perspective of serological indicators, confirmed the advantages of MIS-TLIF surgery for small trauma, and the postoperative inflammatory response is lighter, is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
