游客参与、预期收益与旅游亲环境行为:一个扩展的TPB理论模型

     

摘要

Using statistic and analyzing methods such as SPSS and AMOS, from the angle of tourist participation, the research introduces TPB theory and its model. In recent years, some scenic spots in the peak tourism season have already hold activities to track visitors participating in environmental protection, such as“tourists pick up trash, win tickets”. This study is based on rational action theory, introducing the“expected return“for a new mediator, making a site survey of 289 tourists willing to participate in the environment of civilization. Results show that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control through the“expected return” variable have significant positive effects on behavioral intention. The“expected return” played a partial mediating role. Tourism managers can take measures to improve tourists‘expectations, inviting them to promote scenic spots environmental civilization together.%运用SPSS及AMOS等统计分析方法,从游客参与的需求侧角度出发,引入计划行为理论(TPB)及模型,将“预期收益”作为新的中介变量,实地调查289名景区游客参与景区环境文明建设的行为意愿,研究结果显示:游客的态度、主观规范通过“期望收益”变量对行为意愿有显著正向影响作用,游客的感知行为控制对行为意向有显著正向影响作用。“预期收益”起到了部分中介作用。旅游景区的管理者可以通过采取措施,提高游客参与景区环境治理的预期物质收益(奖品)和精神层面的收益(文明旅游者称号)等,来促进游客参与行为,从而促进景区的可持续发展。
