颅内炎性脱髓鞘病15例临床特点分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging characteristics of the patients with intracranial inflammatory demyelization disease,and deepen the understanding of this disease.Methods The characteristics of 15 patients with intracranial inflammatory demyelization disease who were hospitalized from July 2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Meanwhile,we focused on one case with intracranial tumor-like inflammatory demyelization disease.Results The 15 patients were mainly middle-aged men,smoker,and drinker.The clinical manifestations were nonspecific.Steroid pulse therapy was effective for the patients with brain magnetic resonance enhancement.Conousion The intracranial inflammatory demyelization disease is easily misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction because the clinical manifestations are not specific.The etiology of this disease is not certain,and there is no specific diagnostic standard.Its treatment mainly refers to the treatment of multiple sclerosis,and the prognosis is relatively good.%目的探讨临床诊断为颅内炎性脱髓鞘疾病患者的临床、影像学及治疗方法的特点,加深对该类疾病的认识.方法回顾2011年7月至2012年6月在我科住院诊断为颅内炎性脱髓鞘疾病的15例患者病例特点,同时对一例颅内瘤样炎性脱髓鞘疾病予以重点介绍.结果中年男性、吸烟饮酒者较多,临床表现没有特异性,影像学特别是头颅磁共振有强化者激素冲击治疗效果好.结论颅内炎性脱髓鞘疾病临床表现没有特异性,容易误诊为脑梗死,该病原因不明,目前国内没有具体诊断标准,主要参照多发性硬化治疗方案,预后相对较好.
