生物化学开放实验室建设和管理模式探索与实践

摘要

生物化学实验教学是增强学生理论知识认知、提高学生动手能力以及综合素质的重要环节。通过开放实验室建设提升实验教学的整体水平是现阶段实验教学改革的主要方向。阐述了建设生物化学开放实验室的意义，介绍了辽宁石油化工大学建设生物化学开放实验室构思与采取的措施，并对初期实践效果进行了叙述，提出了进一步完善生物化学开放实验室建设的构想。%Biochemistry experimental teaching is an important link to enhance the students′theories knowledge and improve the students′manipulative ability and overall qualities .To enhance the overall level of experiment teaching through the open laboratory con -struction is the main direction of the reform experiment teaching at the present stage .The importance of biochemistry opening laboratory construction has been set forth and the idea and measures for opening laboratory construction of Liaoning Shihua University have been introduced .The effect of initial practice has also been described and the further step to improve biochemistry opening laboratory con -struction has been proposed .
