贵州高校校园危机脆弱性评价实证分析

摘要

高校脆弱性是衡量一个学校综合风险的重要指标之一, 针对贵州省各种不同类型的高校, 分析其脆弱性指标, 运用AHP和特尔斐法等方法, 在综合考量各指标要素的基础上, 构建了贵州高校脆弱性评价指标体系和有效模型, 并用此模型对各高校脆弱性进行了实证分析.实证结果显示, 民办、交通不便、偏远地区、人员拥挤参差不齐的高校脆弱性风险较为突出.为此, 提出了校园危机的数据实时采集、数据有效共享、数据精准化、暴露性因子融入校园规划等举措.%Vulnerability of colleges and universities is an important index to measure a school comprehensive risk, for a variety of different types of colleges and universities in Guizhou, analyses the vulnerability index by using the method of AHP and Delphi method, and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of each index factor, constructed the vulnerability evaluation index system of colleges and universities in Guizhou and created an effective model, and use this model to make an empirical analysis of the various universities vulnerability.The empirical results show that private schools, traffic inconvenience, remote areas, people crowded the jagged vulnerability risk in colleges and universities is more outstanding.Therefore, The measures such as real-time data collection, effective data sharing, data precision and exposure factor integration into campus planning are proposed.
