Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the quality of life and social function of schizophrenic patients with long-term hospitalization.Methods Eighty cases of schizophrenia patients were hospitalized for a long time were randomly divided into comprehensive rehabilitation group and routine rehabilitation group,patients in each group of 40 ca-ses.Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs.Conventional rehabilitation group was treated with rou-tine rehabilitation therapy,and the comprehensive rehabilitation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.Results 3 and 6 months after of treatment,comprehensive rehabilitation group and conventional rehabilitation group GQOLI-74 scores than treat-ment increased significantly,the comprehensive rehabilitation group GQOLI-74 scores was higher than that of the conventional rehabili-tation group (P <0.01);After 3 months and 6 months,the SSPI scores of comprehensive rehabilitation group and conventional rehabili-tation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,the SSPI score of the comprehensive rehabilitation group was lower than that of the conventional rehabilitation group(P <0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the quality of life and social function of patients with schizophrenia in long-term hospitalization.%目的：探讨综合性康复治疗对精神分裂症长期住院患者生存质量及社会功能的影响。方法将80例精神分裂症长期住院患者随机分为两组，各40例。两组入院后均进行常规抗精神病药物治疗。对照组采用常规康复治疗，观察组采用综合性康复治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后，两组 GQOLI-74评分较治疗前增加（P ＜0．01），且观察组增加幅度大于对照组（P ＜0．01）；治疗3个月和6个月，两组 SSPI 评分均较治疗前减少（P ＜0．01），且观察组减少幅度大于对照组（P ＜0．01）。结论综合性康复治疗可提高精神分裂症长期住院患者生存质量及社会功能。
