基本公共服务与居民消费关系的实证研究

摘要

运用变异系数赋权法建立较为完善的基本公共服务评价体系，对我国2001－2012年基本公共服务水平进行测算，构建以测算结果和城镇居民消费为基础的双变量VAR模型，并通过Johansen协整与Granger因果关系的计量检验以及脉冲响应函数和方差分解技术分析两变量之间的动态关系。实证结果显示：城镇居民消费和基本公共服务之间存在着长期的均衡关系与双向的格兰杰因果关系，其中基本公共服务的冲击是影响城镇居民消费变化的重要因素。%It constructed the more perfect evaluation system of basic public services by weighting method of the coefficient of variation ,and estimated the level of basic public service in China from 2001 to 2012 in the paper .The bivariate VAR model was constructed ,which is combined with the consumption of urban residents and the level of basic public service .The dynamic relationship between the two variables was found by Johansen cointegration test , Granger causality test , the impulse response function and variance decomposition technology .The empirical results showed that the causal relationship is the long-term equi-librium and bidirectional Grainger between urban consumption and basic public services , and the basic public services is an important factor influencing the consumption of urban residents change .
