A modified Leslie-Gower predator-prey system with Holling-IV functional response and time de-lay was proposed in the paper.Local stability and local Hopf bifurcation of the system were investigated by regarding the negative feedback delay as a bifurcation parameter.A numerical example was given to sup-port the theoretical results.%提出了一类具有Holling-IV类功能性反应和Leslie-Gower修正项的时滞捕食系统模型。以捕食者的消极负反馈时滞为分支参数,研究了系统模型的局部渐近稳定性和局部Hopf分支存在的充分条件。最后,利用数值模拟验证了理论分析结果的正确性。
