3种类型糖尿病前期人群血清抵抗素水平差异及相关危险因素分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the serum resislin levels and the correlated factors in three kinds of prediabeles palienls. Methods:The fasling serum level of the resislin was examined in palienls with impaired fasling glucose(IFG) , impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) , IGT combined with IFG and in people with normal blood glucose(NBG) (ni =50). The results were compared and analyzed. Results:The fasling serum resislin concentration in the IGT,IFG and IGT + IFG groups was significantly higher than that in the NBG group(P 0. 05) , the serum resislin level was higher in the IGT + IFG group than that in the IFG and the IGT groups( P 0.05),IGT+IFG组均高于IGT组和IFG组(P<0.01和P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,体质量指数、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和腹围是血清抵抗素升高的影响因素.结论:3种类型糖尿病前期人群血清抵抗素水平均高于血糖正常人群且升高影响因素为空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、体质量指数及腹围.
