经皮单侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术和椎体成形术治疗老年椎体骨质疏松性骨折疗效比较

摘要

目的:评价经皮单侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术(PKP)和椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCFs)的临床疗效.方法:采用PKP、PVP分别治疗老年OVCFs 21例(25椎)和20例(22椎).记录术前、术后、随访期间伤椎前缘、中间椎体相对高度和视觉模拟评分(VAS)得分,并对上述指标行比较.结果:随访期间,PVP组VAS得分高于PKP组(P术后>随访期间(P after operation > during following-up)(P<0. 01). The heights of anterior and middle edge of vertebra in PKP group were significantly higher than those in PVP group after operation(P<0. 01). The heights of anterior and middle edge of vertebra in two groups after operation were significantly higher than those in two groups before operation(P<0. 01). Conclusions:Compared with the PVP,the PKP is a more effective method in treating the elder OVCFs.
