刑事诉讼法修改背景下的侦查证据运用研究

摘要

The second amendment of Criminal Procedure Law has brought about series of challenges to the investigation and evidence gathering work. In order to resolve the dilemmas of giving evidence and break the investigation wall, it is proposed that on the basis of theoretic discussion, investigation evidences should be carefully handled and idea of rule of law in investigation work should be established. Thus, legal construction in China will be beneiftted from this.%第二次刑事诉讼法的修改给侦查取证工作带来一系列的挑战。为突破作证之窘，化解侦查之困，在理论探讨的基础上，认真梳理侦查证据的运用，树立侦查法治理念，服务于法治中国建设。
