基于PCA-AHP地铁行车调度员非技术技能的识别及评定

摘要

设计并实施了行车调度员非技术技能调查问卷，运用主成分分析法进行了地铁行车调度员非技术技能构成因素的提炼，并使用层次分析法对各个指标进行了赋权和权重排序。分析结果表明，影响行车调度员非技术技能的主要因素是决策能力、情景意识和合作能力，这与行为事件访谈结果基本吻合。%Firstly,metro dispatchers'non-technical skills (NTS)questionnaire was designed and conducted in this paper.Secondly,the components of metro dispatchers'NTS were refined using principal component analysis (PCA).Finally,the weights of each index were determined and ranked based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results show that the main factors affect-ing metro dispatchers'NTS are decision-making ability,situational awareness and cooperative a-bility,which agrees well with the results of behavioral event interview.
