再论旅游权利

摘要

Modem tourism development＇s idea emphasizes that tourism is basic human rights. But in China, the topic on tourism rights just gains attention from academia in recent years, so relevant studies is just beginning. This thesis discusses the essence, connotation, characteris- tic and the practical path of tourism rights from ontology, and attempts to steadily improve the knowledge of tourism rights.%现代旅游发展理念，强调“旅游是人的基本权利”，但在我国“旅游权利”问题是最近几年才得到学术界的关注的，相关研究还刚刚开始。本文从本体论的角度出发，对“旅游权利”的本质、内涵、特点及其实现途径进行了系统探讨，试图逐步完善对“旅游权利”问题的系统认识。
