大型节事活动后居民感知态度研究——以广州2010年亚运会为例

Local residents＇ attitude is of great significance to the sustainable development of mega-events and event tourism. This paper, taking Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games for example, conducts a post evaluation study on Guangzhou residents＇ perceptions and attitude towards the Asian Games. By using descriptive analysis, factor analysis and important-performance analysis, this paper discusses residents＇ overall evaluation to the Asian games, their expected and the actual evaluation to the influence of the Asian games, and through comparison between expectations and the actual differences, gives suggestions from the views of the local residents to the well-running of mega-events.%大型节事活动举办地居民的态度对大型节事活动以及事件旅游的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以2010年在广州召开的第16届亚运会为例，对广州居民关于亚运会后感知态度进行了追踪实证研究。通过运用描述统计、因子分析和IPA分析方法，探讨居民对亚运会的总体评价、对亚运会各项影响的重要性与实际表现的感知，并通过比较重要性与实际表现两者之间差异，从居民的角度出发为办好大型节事活动以及后期举办地的发展提出建议。
