基于 MATLAB 的可交互聚类分析软件包

摘要

In recent years ,the application of multivariate statistical analysis has been increasing in many fields .Compared with other statistical software ,MATLAB is inferior in application of multivariate statistical analysis .In order to extend its support capacity ,the cluster analysis (CA) is selected to accomplish the research and development about CA‐Toolbox by using GUIDE (Graphical User Interface Development Environment ) in MATLAB .By utilizing an example ,we show the details ,user friendly ,user demand fulfilling ,developed in visual and interactions of Toolboxes .%近些年，多元统计分析方法在各个领域的应用日渐增多，但MATLAB在多元统计分析方面的应用与其他热门统计软件相比却不尽如人意。为了扩展MATLAB在多元统计分析方面的应用，利用MATLAB提供的组件布局工具集（GUIDE），为多元统计分析方法中聚类分析设计了一套使用更简单、操作更方便、更符合用户分析需求、图形化及交互能力更强的软件工具箱，并利用该工具箱对实际问题进行分析，展示了其使用步骤及分析问题的优越性。
