品检机走纸不稳振动分析与优化

     

摘要

为了解决品检机走纸过程中出现的纸张划伤问题,对给纸部的传送皮带进行数学建模。采用MATLAB分析皮带的横向振动,根据皮带的幅值变化调节撑杆与皮带之间的距离,从而避免由纸张与撑杆接触产生的划伤问题。为进一步确保纸张在走纸过程中不会接触到撑杆,从撑杆底部向下吹气,通过调节气量的大小来控制纸张划伤率。试验结果表明,该方案有效地解决了品检机的走纸划伤问题,在很大程度上提高了印品的合格率。%In order to solve the scratch paper problem in the paper feeding process of quality inspection machine, we establish the mathematical modeling of the transmission belt, and analyse transverse vibration of the belt. According to changes in amplitude of the belt, and adjusts the distance between the rod and the belt, it can avoid the scratch problem due to their contact. To make doubly sure the printing can’t contact with the rod in the feeding process, we make sure the air flows from the bottom of the rod. Through adjusting the volume of gas, we can control the scratching rate of paper. The test results show that the scheme solves the problem of scratching paper of quality inspection machine effectively, improves the qualified rate of prints largely.
