中国证券公司的发展现状与改革重点分析

摘要

本文分析了中国证券公司的发展现状，并从其增强自身综合实力，以适应未来更加市场化和国际化竞争的需要出发，提出重点从培养国际化视野，加速资本集中，进行差异化经营与竞争，以及转变业务模式等四个方面进一步深化改革。%The paper analyzed the status quo of the Chinese securities company, and suggested that Chinese securities companies should strengthen reform from the four respect-international insight cultivating, fast capital centering , differential competition and business model reform, in order to adapt to more marketilazation and internationalization of competition by strengthening its own comprehensive strength.
