Multi-subject of prevention and control of public order is a trend to develop the system of prevention and control of public order. It has profound theoretical bases. The subject of prevention and control of public order has developed from single to double and gradually to multiple. The developing process is theoretically supported by traditional and new theories of public management, public-goods theory and governance theory.%治安防控主体多元化是治安防控体系发展的趋势,具有深厚的理论基础。治安防控主体从传统的单一制,发展到二元制,逐渐向多元化演变。传统公共管理理论、新公共管理理论、公共物品理论和治理理论为这一演变过程提供了理论支撑。
