利益博弈视角下当代中国城市社区政治与国家政治的互动

摘要

Chinese urban society is undergoing a structural change, which leads to increase the differentiation of interest subject from the urban community. Owing to the community interest integration tension caused by non-equilibrium in interest game, the state formally institutional arrangements of the one-way push and unbalanced system cannot guarantee the urban community politics’development. Therefore, constructing the good institutional space system and democratic interest game is the security of city community politics.%发生在当代中国城市社会的转型，注定会加剧城市社区利益主体的分化。由于社区利益主体在利益博弈中的非均衡性，可能引发对国家社区政治制度安排的现实偏离，这造成城市社区利益整合的张力：国家正式制度的单向突进与失衡，进而导致了城市社区政治发展的困境。由此，创新制度空间、建构利益博弈的民主机制构成了城市社区政治发展的保障。
