邓小平分配思想论析

摘要

Distribution problem is the important problem which Deng Xiaoping thought and concerned during his old age. According to the primary stage of socialism in China＇ s basic national conditions, he put forward that common prosperity is not the average rich, while rich and synchronization rich, but is the speed differential wealth. He made public stand to oppose the socialist polarization. He once took a long-range approach to point out that how to distribute after rich is an important problem, to solve this problem is more difficult than how to develop. Then, he stressed to use all means, a variety of methods, a variety of programs to address the distribution problem. It riches, develops and innovates the Marxist theory of socialist assignment theory. Under new historic condition, to implement Deng Xiaoping＇ s distribution thought firmly is the practical significance to maintain social justice, avoid the polarization and solve national income assignment. It will further enrich theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.%分配问题是邓小平晚年思考和关注的一个重要问题,他从我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情出发,提出了共同富裕不是平均富裕、同时富裕和同步富裕,而是先后有别和快慢有序的有差别的共同富裕,并旗帜鲜明地反对社会主义出现两极分化。他曾高瞻远瞩地指出：＂富裕起来怎样分配＂是＂大问题＂,＂解决这个问题比解决发展起来的问题还困难＂,强调要利用各种手段、各种方法、各种方案来解决分配问题,是对马克思关于社会主义分配理论的丰富、发展和创新。在新的历史条件下,坚决贯彻邓小平的分配思想,对维护社会公平正义,避免两极分化,解决当前我国国民收入分配关系中的痼疾具有重大的现实意义,也将进一步丰富中国特色社会主义理论体系。
