培美曲塞二钠联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of pemetrexed disodium combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer( NSCLC ). Methods Forty-two patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with pemetrexed disodium ( 500 mg · m-2 ,intravenous infusion,d1 ) and nedaplatin (80 mg·m-2 ,intravenous infusion,d1 ). Results Of the 42 patients,40 patients can be conducted to evaluate the efficacy,CR was observed in the 1 case,PR in the 19 cases,SD in the 15 cases,PD in the 5 cases,the total effective rate was 50. 00%,the clinical benefit rate was 87. 50%,the median time to progression was 7. 50 months,the medi-an survival time was 10. 50 months. The major toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction. Con-clusion Pemetrexed disodium combined with nedaplatin is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.%目的：观察培美曲塞二钠联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（ NSCLC）的临床疗效及安全性。方法42例晚期NSCLC患者予培美曲塞二钠（500 mg·m-2，静滴，d1）和奈达铂（80 mg·m-2，静滴，d1）。结果42例患者有40例可进行评价疗效，其中CR 1例、PR 19例、SD 15例、PD 5例，总有效率为50.00%，临床受益率为87.50%，中位疾病进展时间7.50月，中位生存期10.50个月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论培美曲塞二钠联合奈达铂治疗晚期NSCLC疗效较好，安全性高。
