XT方案序贯CEX方案一线治疗三阴乳腺癌疗效观察

摘要

Objective ToevaluatetheefficacyandtoxicitiesofXTregimenchemotherapyplussequentialchem-otherapywithCEXregimeninthefirst-linetreatmentofpatientswithtriple-negativebreastcancer.Methods For-ty-eight patients with triple-negative breast cancer were treated with XT regimen chemotherapy plus sequential chem-otherapywithCEXregimen.Results Ofthe48patients,theresponseratewas43.75%,thediseasecontrolrate was 66. 67%,the 1-year survival rate was 97. 92%. The main toxicities were marrow depression and gastrointestinal reaction,allthetoxicitiescouldbetolerated.Conclusion XTregimenchemotherapyplussequentialchemotherapy with CEX regimen is effective and safe as the first-line regimen for patients with triple-negative breast cancer.%目的：评价XT方案序贯CEX方案一线治疗三阴乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法48例经病理组织学确诊的三阴乳腺癌患者，先采用XT方案化疗3周期，继用CEX方案化疗3周期。结果48例患者的总有效率为43.75%，疾病控制率为66.67%。1 a生存率为97.92%。主要毒副反应为血液学毒性和胃肠道反应，所有毒副反应可耐受。结论 XT方案序贯CEX方案一线治疗三阴乳腺癌疗效肯定，患者耐受性较好。
