含吉西他滨方案治疗NK/T细胞淋巴瘤

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect and toxicities of gemcitabine regimen in the treatment of NK/ T lymphoma. Methods Thirty-one patients with pathologically diagnosed NK/ T lymphoma were treated with GEMOX regimen(9 patients)or GDP regimen(22 patients). Results Of the 31 patients,the total response rate was 71. 0%(22 / 31),the main toxicities were marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction,the incidences of Ⅲ andⅣ degree leukopenia and thrombocytopenia were 12. 9%(4 / 31)and 12. 9%(4 / 31). Conclusion Gemcitabineregimen is effective and well tolerated in the treatment of NK/ T cell lymphoma.%目的：观察含吉西他滨方案治疗 NK/ T 细胞淋巴瘤的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法31例经病理确诊 NK/ T 细胞淋巴瘤采用 GEMOX 方案（9例）或 GDP 方案（22例）化疗。结果31例患者的总有效率为71.0%（22/31），主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应，其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ度白细胞减少和血小板减少发生率均为12.9%（4/31）。结论含吉西他滨方案是 NK/ T 细胞淋巴瘤的有效治疗方案，且患者耐受性较好。
