住院医师规范化培训与临床医学硕士专业学位培养并轨后教学实践的思考

摘要

The combination of resident's standardized training and professional degree postgraduate education, namely "dual-track system"model, is a major change in medical education reform of our country, and is bound to have a profound impact on the cultivation and development of medical talents. It not only solves effectively the contradiction between the national regulations and professional degree postgraduate education, but also reverses effectively the education status of valuing scientific research but despising clinical practice. This model has been implemented in the hospital for one year, and now a profound summary will be made of all kinds of problems in practice.%住院医师规范化培训与专业学位研究生培养相结合，即“双轨合一”模式，是我国医学教育的重大变革，对医学人才的培养和发展必将产生深远的影响，不但有效地解决了国家法律、法规与专业学位研究生培养之间的矛盾，还有效地扭转了重科研、轻临床的培养现状。该模式在我院实施已满一年，现将实践中对各类问题的思考做一深刻总结。
