高职院校思想政治理论课的实效性研究

摘要

Higher vocational colleges aim to cultivate excellent high quality skilled talents excellent in both character and learning.Because of their prominence and importance in the curriculum system, ideological and political theory courses have been attached great importance by the government and schools.Ideological and political theory course teaching has made some achievements.However,ac-cording to educational policy of"strengthening morality education"proposed by the eighteenth Na-tional Congress of CPC and teaching obj ective of the ideological and political theory courses,namely, ideological and political theory should be internalized and cultivate morally righteous person,the teaching effect is not so good,which results from weaknesses in ideological and political theory course teaching and serious challenges brought about by changes in the international and domestic situation. To solve these problems,we should take the spirit of the eighteenth National Congress of CPC as the guidance,establish a scientific concept of education,improve the teachers'quality,optimize teaching contents,innovate teaching methods and maximize the teaching effect of college ideological and politi-cal theory courses.%高职院校旨在培育品学兼优的高素质技能型人才，思想政治理论课因其在课程体系中的突出性和重要性，得到了政府和学校的高度重视，思想政治理论课教学取得了一定的成效。但是，按照十八大提出的“立德树人”的教育方针和“内化于心，外化于行”的思想政治理论课培养目标，思想政治理论课教学效果还存在着不强的问题，形成这一现象的原因既有思想政治理论课教学本身的问题，也有国际国内形势变化带来的严峻挑战。要解决这些问题，就必须以十八大精神为指导，树立科学的教育理念，优化教学内容，以提高教师素质为关键，创新教学方法，才能实现高校思想政治理论课教学效果的最大化和最优化。
