美国“未来师培训计划”的特点及其启示

     

摘要

The ten-year Preparing Future Faculty in American that not only successfully improved the fu⁃ture teachers of colleges and universities——PhD students’teaching ability and vocational adaptability,also highlighted the distinct characteristics:specific goals,proper positioning;multilateral agencies,bilateral in⁃volvement;rich in content,flexible in form;diversified pattern,continuous process;sources of funds through various channels. Which important significance was that for optimizing the system of doctoral education in our country,strengthening the doctoral students focus on teaching,improving the quality of higher education.%美国为期十年的“未来师资培训计划”不仅成功地提高了未来高校教师——博士们的教学能力和职业适应力,还凸显出鲜明的特点:目标明确,定位适当;多方组织,双边参与;内容丰富,形式灵活;模式多样,过程连续;经费来源多渠道性。这对优化我国博士生培养制度、强化博士生对教学的关注、提高教育质量具有重要的借鉴意义。
