Objective To study the audiological diagnostic results of 1 667 cases of hearing screening referral infants. Methods We analyzed the audiological diagnostic results including response (ABR) , auditory steady-state response (ASSR) , distortion product otoacoustic emission the (DPOAE) , and the acoustic impedance in 1 667 in lants failed the hearing screening. Results From all 1 667 case,506 cases (506/1 667,30. 35%) of normal hearing, 298 cases (298/1 667,17. 80%) of unilateral hearing loss, 863 cases (863/1 667,51. 77%) of bilateral hearing loss, 646 cases of sensorineural hearing loss, and 217 cases of conductive hearing loss or mixed hearing loss were destndy. There were mild hearing loss in 219 cases, moderate hearing loss in 157 cases, moderate to severe hearing loss in 155 cases, severe hearing loss in 119 cases and proufound hearing loss in 511 cases. Conclusion The hearing loss de tection rate was 69. 65% in these referral infants.%目的 分析1 667例听力筛查转诊婴幼儿的听力学诊断结果.方法 对1 667例听力筛查未通过而转诊的婴幼儿进行听性脑干反应(ABR)、听性稳态反应(ASSR)、畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)、声导抗等测试,分析其结果.结果 1 667例转诊婴幼儿中,双侧听力正常506例(30.35%,506/1 667),单侧听力损失298例(17.88%,298/1 667),双侧听力损失863例(51.77%,863/1 667);这1 161例中,听力损失患儿感音神经性听力损失843例,传导性或混合性听力损失318例;轻度听力损失219例,中度听力损失157例,中重度听力损失常155例,重度听力损失119例,极重度听力损失511例.结论 本组听力筛查转诊婴幼儿中听力损失的检出率为69.65%.
