中小企业是国民经济中一支重要而活跃的力量,同时,相对于大企业而言,中小企业也面临着销售模式的改变、国内外竞争的加剧及技术水平的提高等挑战。这也对企业人才提出了新的要求,而作为中小企业需求量较大的工商管理类人才也同样面临挑战。本文通过对珠江三角洲地区中小企业的人才需求现状分析,提出改革工商管理类人才培养模式的几点建议。%Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a very important and active force in the national econ⁃omy, at the same time, compared with large enterprises, SMEs also faces challenges include the change in sales model, the intensify of domestic and international competition and the improving in technical level. This also puts forward new requirements for the enterprise personnel, and as a larger need, business management talent is also facing challenges. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of the talent demand of SMEs in the Pearl River Delta region, it puts forward some suggestions to reform the training mode of business manage⁃ment talents.
