网络环境下优化高校图书馆参考咨询服务的探索

摘要

Reference service is the core of library business ,especially for college teachers and students to com-plete learning , teaching and research assistant .Under the network environment , university library reference service object ,service content ,service mode and service means have changed ,and the university library should solve the readers ’ problems ,develop and optimize information resources ,advance operation mode of digital ref-erence,improve librarians’ quality in four aspects,optimize reference consulting work ,and serve the readers better .%参考咨询服务历来是图书馆的核心业务，更是高校师生完成学习、教学、科研的辅助。网络环境下，高校图书馆参考咨询的服务对象、服务内容、服务方式、服务手段都发生了变化，高校图书馆应从解决读者用户难题、开发与优化信息资源、运行先进的数字参考咨询方式、提高馆员素质四个方面入手，优化参考咨询工作，更好地为广大读者服务。
