Information Consulting Service under Network Environment

This Paper argues the impact of information resources networking upon the information consulting service industry in the following three respects: significant challenges faced by the information consulting service industry due to networking of information resources; chances brought to the information consulting service industry by networking of information resources; higher standards for personnel in the information service industry due to networking of information resources.
