野生红菇茑和种植红菇茑脂肪酸的比较分析

         

摘要

对野生红菇茑和种植红菇茑脂肪酸成分进行分析.采用索氏提取法提取野生红菇茑和种植红菇茑中的脂肪酸并进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱-质谱法进行分析,对其脂肪酸组成和含量进行了比较.结果表明:野生红菇茑鉴定出6种脂肪酸,种植红菇茑鉴定出8种脂肪酸,两者主要成分均为亚油酸,分别占脂肪酸总量的86.32%和73.83%.用高效液相色谱法对亚油酸进行了定量分析.色谱柱为 Kromasil C18;流动相为 V异丙醇∶V乙腈=35∶65;柱温为25℃;回归方程为 A =28056C -181.57,变异系数小于0.35%,回收率为93.9%~97.6%.%The wild red P.L.var.franchetii Makinos and plant red P.L.var.franchetii Makino are extracted by soxhlet extraction,after methyl esterifying treatment,the components and contents of fatty acid are analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.6 fatty acids are separately detected in the wild red P.L.var.franchetii Makinos and 8 fatty acids were separately detected in the plant red P.L.var.franchetii Makinos respectively.A comparison of the major fatty acids is made,the major fatty acid is 9,12-octadecadienoic acid in the wild red P.L.var.franchetii Makinos 86.32% and 73.83% in the plant red P.L.var.franchetii Makinos respectively.The content of the 9,12-octadecadienoic acids in samples are determinated by HPLC ,the column was Kromasil C18,the mobile phase is iso-Propyl alcohol ∶acetonitrile =35 ∶65,the column temperature is 25 ℃,the re-gression equation obtained is A =28 056C -181.57.The method coefficient of variation is smaller than 0.35%, the recovery of the method is 93.9%~97.6%.
