一般本科院校学生干部工作倦怠与自我效能感的关系研究——以福建师范大学福清分校为例

     

摘要

目的探讨一般本科院校学生干部工作倦怠状况、自我效能感水平以及学生干部的自我效能感对工作倦怠的影响。方法采用工作倦怠量表MBI—Gs和一般自我效能感量表,对福建师范大学福清分校149名学生干部进行问卷调查。结果(1)学生干部工作倦怠总得分2.48±0.55,存在中度工作倦怠;自我效能感得分2.62±0.49,低于常模平均水平。(2)学生干部工作倦怠与自我效能感呈负相关且非常显著,其中情绪衰竭、玩世不恭两个维度与自我效能感显著负相关,而成就感低落与自我效能感显著正相关。(3)自我效能感能够预测工作倦怠,对成就感低落有着显著的正向预测作用,对情绪衰竭和玩世不恭有着显著的负向预测作用。结论学生干部的自我效能感越低,工作倦怠感就越高,反之亦然。%OBJECT: To explore the general university student leaders'state of tired of work, the level of Selfeflicacy and the relationship between them. METHODS: Using MBI-GS and general self-efficacy questionnaire, investigate 149 student leaders from Fujian Normal University, Fuqing Branch. RESULTS: (1) The total score of tired of work is 2.48±0.55, in the middle level. The total score of Self efficacy is 2.62±0.49, under the middle level. (2) There was significant opposite correlation between tired of work and Selfefficacy. Emotional exhaustion and Cynicism these two dimensions and Selfefficacy were significantly negatively correlated, and the low sense of accomplishment and Selfefficacy were significantly correlated. (3) Selfefficaey can predict tired of work, it significant predict the low sense of accomplishment and significant opposite predict Emotional exhaustion and Cynicism. CONCLUSION : The lower the self-efficacy, the higher the job burnout, and vice versa.
