德国义务教育法制变迁历程探究

摘要

Compulsory education in Germany has a long history.It is not only the country which firstly implemented the compulsory education system but also the earliest country to legislate for compulsory education.Compulsory education as the cornerstone of national prosperity and taking-off has been emphasized by German governments in different periods of history.It is expected to get experience from exploring the growth of German compulsory education since 16th century.%德国的义务教育有着悠久的历史传统,它不仅是世界上最早实行义务教育制度的国家,同时也是最早为义务教育立法的国家。义务教育是德国富国强民的基石,历来为各个时期的德国政府所重视。探究16世纪以来德国义务教育法制从无到有、从幼稚到成熟的发展变迁历程,以期为我国教育法制建设提供借鉴。
