小学教师职前培养实践教学模式探究--基于安康学院课堂教学技能训练的探索

     

摘要

Currently,bachelor degree in primary school education students professional teaching skills training generally exist three prob-lems: teachers' professional basic skills training independently,professional skills training fuzzily,and comprehensive simulation training don’t unified. To promote primary school teachers' quality is the key to improve the level of teaching skills. Basic skills,professional skills and comprehensive simulation training completely reunification,to exploring "step by step skills" practice teaching model. Eventu-ally form progressive class teaching skills training system,building up students majoring in elementary education for teaching confidence.%当前,小学教育专业学生的教学技能训练普遍存在着教师职业基本技能训练独立化,专业技能训练模糊化,综合模拟训练形式化的问题。提升小学教师素质的关键是提高教学技能水平,探索“连环递进”实践教学模式,形成基本技能、专业技能和综合模拟训练相统一的循序渐进式课堂教学技能训练体系,切实增强小学教育专业学生的从教信心。
