生物分解剂处理玉米秸秆对瘦肉型猪育肥性能研究

         

摘要

本试验通过添加一定比例的生物分解玉米秸秆,研究猪的采食量及对生长性能的影响。试验选用生长发育健康、体重相近的杜×大×长三元杂交去势瘦肉型商品猪40头,平均体重60.23±0.26㎏,随机分成4组,1个对照组和3个试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),每组10头,进行为期60d的饲喂试验。对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别添加0、20%、25%、30%的生物秸秆分解剂发酵的玉米秸秆饲料代替日粮中的部分营养成分。从育肥性能进行分析,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的头均日增重较对照组分别降低了2.44%、0.32%、5.16%,试验Ⅱ组与对照组头均日增重差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅰ组较对照组差异显著(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组较对照组差异极限著(P〈0.01);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组较对照组头均纯收入分别增加14.74元、20.03元、3.83元,分别提高了4.58%、6.22%、1.19%。由此看出,日粮中添加20%、25%、30%的处理玉米秸秆饲料饲喂瘦肉型猪经济效益好,其中添加比例为25%的试验Ⅱ组最为理想。%Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of corn stalk treated with biological decomposition agent on swine growth performance. 40 healthy and similar castrated lean pigs with similar weights (average weight 60.23+0.26 k9) were randomly divided into 4 groups, 1 control and 3 experimental groups,10 pigs in each group, for a period of 60 days experiment. 0, 20 %, 25 %and 30%fementation corn stalk were supplemented to 4 groups, respectively. Analysis of fattening performance showed that average daily weight gain of experimental groups decreased 2.44 % ,0.32%and 5.16 %, respectively, compared with con- trol group. Group 2 showed non--significant difference with control one(P〉0.05), group 1 showed significant difference with control one(P〈0.05), group 3 showed remarkable difference with control one(P〈0.01)..Each pig net profit of experimental groups increased ¥14.74(4.58%),¥20.03(6.22%) and 3/73.83(1.19 %), respectively, compared to control group. To sum up, dietary supplemented with 20 %, 25 % and 30% corn treated with biological decomposition agent obtained better efficiency, especially, 25%group showed the best effect.
